Pousada Mar de Cabo Frio

Nice guesthouse, comfortable rooms. Not close to the beach of the fort, it is close to the beach of the dunes, but easily accessible from Uber/taxi/car. Breakfast with few options but all tasty. Great service. There are many mosquitoes, I don't know of the peculiarity of the hostel or the city.

Good location, 300m from a white sand beach with nobody around, you just have to pass the dunes. Good service, heavy breakfast, charming swimming pool. Rooms are OK, if we have to reproach something they are not soundproof. Cabo Frio is the Riviera of RIO de JANEIRO. Good restaurants, beautiful beaches, coconut palm trees, bougainvillea, cactus, we enjoyed.

The room was small, they have no restaurant, only offer menus from other places or fast food. They speak very little Spanish, it was difficult to communicate with the staff. The location is not very good, the entrance to Playa das dunas is quite a walk, there are not many diversionary options or shopping centers around
