Hotel for 1 night/night only. I arrived in the morning and the access to the suitcase was prohibited the passage, I had to climb the stairs, but I did all around the lobby. The receptionist Manoel kept looking at me as who did not like, did not answer my good night for twice and before checking my reservation already said: if for booking has already been canceled. It wasn't booking and he didn't ask me anything. I asked if I needed a document and the answer was no. I found it pretty weird, because that should be a security check. But the strangest thing was the next day, I left and quickly returned to my room and I see the maid trying to open my room. I said that my was check out this day and she said: I would only check if there was someone (first that should have knocked on the door, after that if you have check that is check out, should wait for the signal that the guest made the check out) I would not like a maid to enter my room with all my belongings without authorization. This is way of rule for hotels, if it is checkout need to wait for signalling that the guest has left, has no arrangement while he does not leave. I didn't like it and I didn't find it safe.
I did not try the coffee and do not recommend this hotel. Bad smell blanket, noisy drawer air conditioning. It was just one night.
