New dress stolen from the room, daughter inconsolable! Management failed to find the thief (we ourselves suspect that housekeeping stole). They made little effort to solve the case. Otherwise good location, but very noisy room at the front, much too hard mattress, noisy air conditioning, beds were sometimes made up without a sheet, staff at the reception speak no English....

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had money stolen out of our room from our personal belongings while sharing a stay here. Having someone enter your locked room and steal your money is unacceptable. Huge security issue. Stay away.

Price quality fine, good and varied breakfast. Great location. Customer-friendliness is a serious work point.
