MERCURE APARTMENTS RIO DE JANEIRO BOTAFOGO

The hotel doesn´t exists anymore. Some conflicts, a trap I don.t know we booked through Agoda and the result was that they left us at the streets with Agodas apologies to find by our selves a solution. Two weeks later, still are waiting for our money. Face pictures to!!!!!!

Nice hotel, very good breakfast,friendly staff but the layout is not friendly, they 2 buildings and not many signs indicating where to go. The street sign for the hotel name is not visible from far,you can easily miss it. The best thing I found was the shower. If you pretend to spend some time in the city is good to know the room is equipped with a kitchen. I stayed alone and pay the price for double.It was pricy comparing what they offered.

The chief at breakfast is so kind! The are all pleasent. All the receptionist are too kind and want to help with everything. Place of the hotel i svery good located in safe part of the city and you have connection to everything because metro is near.
