Great structure. The failures are due to the lack of personnel training. Spacious rooms and with good standard of cleaning. Air conditioning very good and due to this should be made available a heavier mattress. There is no drinking water inside the rooms and this is not warned at the reception. The shower has great pressure but no one tells you how to heat the water... It's a really cold bath. Only 01 bath towel is provided (the room was for couple). It has no face either. The TV works well and there are some differentiated channels . When the guest arrives is delivered a small piece of paper that contains some of the necessary information during the stay ... I did not read because the employee did not make any recommendations about it and I didn't even realize that it would be useful for anything ... In every place I've been, the information was exposed inside the room, in a visible location, or delivered on large paper next to the digital lock card... This would avoid the cold bath, not using the Wi-Fi, having slept cold because my husband was hot rsrsrs, having to go down to ask how to turn on the room light and to buy water and the worst : Get lost inside the elevator (known it is frequent). I'm over 60 years old. I'm in a spinal crisis and I had to go down a ladder. It was painful. The breakfast is good but lacks sympathy to the industry staff. The roof has a pool in good condition, a small gym with the main appliances, sauna and a hydro that is dusted by lack of use ... The whole floor was clean. The view is beautiful and worth seeing. Summary: Faults that can be solved easily . Me and family loved the stay and would not hesitate to stay in the same place.

Staff from restaurant were very nice, but the ones from reception not friendly at all, I felt that i was doing a favor for them staying in their hotel. The building is quite old and the rooms seems very old fashioned

We were disappointed for a lot of reasons. We wanted an inexpensive hotel closer to the airport than we had on our first stay. We were taken in by reports that the traffic to the airport could be very busy. This hotel was closer to the airport, but that was it’s only main advantage. The taxi driver couldn’t find it because it is way off any mainstream areas. It is clean, has a small roof top pool and a 3-machine gym area. The Jacuzzi was empty and we were already too hot to try the small sauna (more like a hot cupboard). You get a double bed, an en-suite toilet and shower, a table set up for a meal, a fridge and a microwave. If there was a supermarket in the area that was open we may have taken advantage of it, but all the shops were closed in the evening. We were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning. The hotel booked us a taxi, but we paid over the going rate as it was unmetered. The television channels didn’t match the ones that they advertised in their room. The toilet area was fine until we saw the sign that said don’t put any toilet paper down the loo. There was a small shower spray beside the loo that functioned as a bidet and was okay once you got the hang of it. The restaurant was closed and we had to use room service, which was adequate. The staff were extremely helpful and although there is a 24 hour staff in attendance it consisted of the night porter / receptionist asleep on the lounge chairs until someone came downstairs. We took a stroll around the local area, which was pretty shut after 6.30 at night and also not very inviting to walk around in daylight never mind in the dark. We found a bar and a pharmacy open (definitely no supermarkets). If this hotel was in a more central area then it would be fine. In hindsight, we should have booked into the Lynx Airport Hotel and paid a bit more for it. At approx £85 per night it was over priced especially as we didn’t have the breakfast. It is relatively close to the airport but be aware that since it is in another city the taxi companies will charge you more.
