The hotel staff in general were very friendly and attentive to us and there was one person in particular, who apart from having a lot of charisma and kindness had a lot of empathy with us (my wife and I) very nice to share life experiences, a person looking for improvement and who very much enjoys what he does Excellent person

Hotel staff told us we can get credit on hotel booking website yet at the end they dont admit that they promise and tell me we can stay one free night there again. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THAT HOTEL. so thanks for your great response at the end. expensive and nothing worthy mentioning hotel, slow internet, old furniture, uncomfortable bed, small desk, noisy air-con, less choice breakfast, non-english speaking staff. Again, nothing is good.
