Apartment with broken air conditioning, bed linen stained with dark colors and the bathroom with low-quality products (toilet paper). Extremely small restaurant for a hotel that offers breakfast, only 6 tables of 2 seats each. With the value invested worth other options in the region.

Accommodation in the central area, great location near metro, supermarkets and restaurants.. Exceptional service from the team highlighting João and Vitor who were super attentive, polite and excellent concierges giving tips of places and tours.. My dear ones!! We were very well received!! Thank you for the excellent service!! We cannot forget the very friendly Daniele and always with a beautiful smile 😃 and Mrs. Telma a sympathy preparing breakfast delicacies with a lot of affection!! Ideal and very satisfying breakfast with fruits. Yogurt, bread, pudding, cold, juice and lots of delicacies!! We love everything!! All very clean, comfortable bed and a very good shower, quiet hotel!! We will definitely come back and tell everyone!!

I was staying at the Catete Hotel from 08/08 to 10/08 and I only have compliments. The staff is wonderful and the service was excellent from check in to check out. I found the room very cozy and the highlight at breakfast were the mixed eggs that were a delight. All very fresh. Super recomendo.
