Apart Hotel Serantes

The hotel staff is excellent. From the reception, going through the kitchen, etc. All very attentive. Nice outdoor area, with small pool and garden. TV with many channels and very good internet. Room closet very spacious, great bed and comfortable. Breakfast well-filled, with various types of bread, tapioca made at the time, cold, varied fruits (4 to 5 types), every day 6 types of cakes, various cherries at your disposal, coffee, milk and chocolate, two flavors of juices and yogurts daily, mixed eggs, sausage and calabrese, plus pasteizinhos, pizzinhas and bruschetas (which need a better solution to stay warm). To the elderly and with disabilities, I recommend apt. in the ground floor, as the access to the tallest are made only by stairs. In relation to the room I stayed, although in general it is good, it needs several repairs (the hotel looks quite old, notably visible in the furniture of the room): well worn floor, walls with several infiltration points well visible (large), all the pillows of the 4 table chairs well detonated, without the buttons, something that seems to me quite easy to resolve including. Light blocking curtains working, but already with parts releasing. The shower, slightly tortured, threw the water back, near the wall, something quite simple to solve too. The room has refrigerator in the kitchen but n had fridge bar. It has air conditioning but n has ceiling fans. Anyway, it meets the needs, but needs repairs in the room for a better rating.

Excellent everything. We went in March 2025, stayed 10 nights and it was all perfect. All staff (receptionists, cleaning, kitchen, etc), amenities, services, breakfast. All 10 points. The bed super comfortable, the rooms very well kept and everything in perfect working order. The pool always maintained, the breakfast super complete, fresh and varied. Check in is at 6pm but we were allowed in as soon as we arrived, around 2pm. An excellent option, also very close to the beach (1 block). Downtown will be about 10 blocks but you have options for restaurants and crafts a couple of blocks away. Thank you so much for everything! 💗 Pablo and Alexandra from room 41.

Starting with Dayse from the reception, an extraordinary, super polite, attentive person. From reception room, breakfast, staff, all wonderful. Super clean, scented bed linen, Breakfast, very full, fruits, cakes, breads, juices..... At least just praise Thank you to everyone from the hostel, especially Dayse, who was very attentive, when we requested the exchange of a room because of the staircase. Thank you! We'll be back soon!
