Areia de Ouro Suite Hotel

I stayed with my family from day 22 to 29/05 and the experience was terrible. The hotel has good structure and the location is excellent. We had many problems in the aspect of cleaning and breakfast. The first cleaning was carried out on the 4th day of accommodation, because we complained and was missing even toilet paper. It was carried out a quick cleaning, no change of towels, inclusive after the cleaning was placed the same floor of the bathroom that was wet and full of sand, was not restored to toilet paper, we had to order in the reception new towels and paper..... They did two more basic cleaning and there was no bed linen change throughout the accommodation. Breakfast is bad, dried bread, few varieties, delay in replacement and extremely poor staff. It was embarrassing to take the coffee, instead of cherishing the quality and replacement, they were in charge of monitoring the hódpedes. I would not return and do not recommend. I have stayed in simpler hotels, but I have never had problems like this hotel in the aspect of hygiene and breakfast.

Horrible experience. The rooms are not clean, single beds united to form a couple, mould smell, towels and bed linen are said to be changed every 2 days but are not. The mancha coffee has little variety and the cakes and paes are tough, we need to have coffee somewhere else. The bedding is squeezed and doesn't smell good, we need to buy a sleeping blanket.

The rooms are dirty and the change of bathrobes and beds only happens if you ask and do not change daily. The double room has two single beds together and has no bed cover, only bed sheets. We had q buy a blanket. Breakfast leaves much to be desired cakes and hard breads every day.
