Excellent hotel well clean a wonderful breakfast I'm back for 3 times

My experience at this hotel was well below expectations, especially considering the 8.6 rating on Booking, which, in my perception, does not represent the reality of the accommodation. A fairer assessment in practice would be between 5 and 6. The room presents obvious signs of lack of maintenance and conservation. The wall where the air conditioner is located is with water leakage and visible stains, the freezer freezer is completely frozen, with ice accumulation and water leakage at the bottom, and the bathroom box door simply does not close, compromising the comfort and functionality of the space. In general, the hotel gives the impression of a poorly cared for place, with little attention to detail and basic maintenance, which directly impacts the guest's experience. I believe that with investments in maintenance and maintenance, the hotel can improve a lot, but in the current situation, the high rating does not conform to the standard delivered

I believe that the hotel about 15 years ago already had better days, today is more for mausoleum. Positive points: Location ✅ Extremely attentive staff✅ Negatives: Unbearable mould smell Dark place Very old and stained bed linen and towels Poor breakfast Pool under maintenance The TV image looks like an antenna. Thankfully we were only going to the hotel to sleep, if we were to use the structure we would cry.
