Very old hotel, well ventilated, tree-lined environment, but in urgent need of renovations. We stayed in the upper AP where there is a kitchen and a living room, the kitchen utensils were old, rusty, the dishcloth was dirty, the mattress was old, in our room there were 3 beds, detail: only one blanket was offered, the other two I had to pay 15 reais each. Breakfast is very basic, every day: the same cakes, tapioca, couscous, eggs and sausage. I didn't notice kindness on the part of any of the employees, they seemed to be forced there, I don't know... what I mean in general is that if the hotel underwent a good renovation, it would be much better. The first night it rained on both of my children's beds, and also through the bedroom window, I informed reception and I think someone must have climbed on the roof, because it was resolved, the next rain it didn't get wet anymore.
