We really liked staying in the hotel. I wanted to thank in particular the waiter Márcio who served us with so much affection and receptivity, service of excellence.

We were staying in the period from 18 to 23/02/2026. Unfortunately, our experience was below expected. I would like to highlight positively only the waiter Marcio, who showed cordiality and sympathy during the service. On the other points: • The cleaning of the room was reasonable, but the bedding was stained. • Breakfast is quite limited and without due zeal with the food. There were flies flying over and landing in the meals, and only after that the waiters covered the items. • One day, the cutlery was dirty. When reporting to the waiter, he just passed water and dried with a sink, which I do not consider an appropriate procedure. The service at the reception was especially disappointing. The receptionists were rude and unacceptable. When trying to register a complaint, I was interrupted several times, without being allowed to finish my speech. The main issue was the charge of the parking fee of $20 per day, which was not informed at the time of check-in. All other hotel rules were explained, but this fee, which involves additional cost, was not mentioned. Even when asked again how the parking lot worked, a receptionist said it was enough to give the room number to enter. On our last night, we were abruptly approached in the parking lot by a receptionist demanding prior registration at the reception. The approach was made even before we got off the car, in a sharp and disrespectful tone, charging something that had not been communicated until then. After we refused to pay for something that was not previously informed, the receptionist, visibly disturbed, suggested that we pay only one per day instead of the four that were being charged. However, at the closure of the account, the total amount of the four days was released in full. You can clearly see the absence of a structured process of care, as each employee provides a different information. I asked to talk to the manager, but I was informed that she was in a meeting and I had no return. Unfortunately, the lack of internal alignment, transparency in the information and professional attitude of the team compromised our experience

I am Christmas and decided to spend my birthday in this hotel to do something different and have fun. My problems with the hotel were mostly with the service. On my birthday I ordered a wine to drink thinking I was going to pay the amount written on the menu (R$105). When I called they said they don't make delivery in the rooms and that I'd have to go down there pick up. I asked if they gave a glass and the attendant said they did not, but that he would make an exception. People? What kind of restaurant does not provide the utensils necessary for the customer to consume the product? And worse, make you think they're doing you a favor for something basic. You mean if I was an exception, the other guests drink the wine in the bottle mouth? At the time of checkout I found that besides the wine not being the constant value on the menu, still had a 10% fee for a Service that does not deliver in the room. In the end, I paid almost R$ 200 for the damaged wine (if regret killed...). Regarding the rooms, I saw other reviews here complaining of worn towels, broken elevator, small rooms with no view, difficulty finding a reservation at check-in... none of this happened to me (October 2025). The towels were very white, the bathroom was clean and the room was spacious (Room 518), had a partial view of the sea and a small balcony. The breakfast had the basics, I confess I was a little disappointed, nor did it look like I was having a breakfast in a Northeast hotel. I spent 5 years in SP and always said that the morning cafes in northeastern hotels were the best because we always liked a lot of abundance. Well, that wasn't the case kkkk. For you to have an idea, not even the famous sausage with classic tomato sauce from any Brazilian hotel had. (I also had to choose the time of my coffee). In short, if you are looking for a cheap corner to stay in Natal during your visit, it’s worth it. But if your goal is to enjoy the hotel, be well served, eat well and sleep in a comfortable bed, Natal has BET better options on Via Costeira and in Ponta Negra (I'm from here, I know what I'm talking about rsrs).
