Praiamar Natal

This is generally a lovely hotel with good facilities and excellent communal areas. However, some of the rooms are a bit tired and in need of renovation. The hotel acknowledges this and is in the process of updating each room and building new ones. Restaurant and pool bar food is good and very reasonably priced. We had a few queries during our stay and Carol on the front desk was absolutely excellent in helping us with these - nothing was a bother to her. In fact, all staff were very polite and friendly. Location was great - next to the beach and within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops. 24 hr supermarket next door. Would stay again.

The interaction of the employees with the customers was very good, how Estrela, samba, and pipoca made the perfect animation for the customers.

We loved the hotel, perfect for families. The food is wonderful and the desserts too. We will definitely be back, we were a group of 12 people and it was all very good.
