dirt in the rooms, scratched and damaged walls, air conditioning pinging and running through the wall, poor state of preservation of furniture, curtains and torn bed, oxidized mirror in the bathroom, oscillating lamps, stained bedding, among others, not to mention the deception of the manager, saying treating agent with total disrespect, all recorded in photos and videos.
Faced with the lack of choice, we stayed at the hotel, because all the rooms present the same profile, given that the photos submitted in the previous and current contact are from the current room (changed), and, the only alternative presented by the phone service from latam was we arranged another accommodation, arguing with the costs, and subsequently requesting probable refund.
