TULIP INN POTENGI FLAT

It is a reasonable hotel for those who want a good holiday in Natal. It is considered a cheap hotel in the old part of Natal. Hotel location is not the best, is far to walk to the beach, just a taxi or bus. Had everything clean and the service was good, with good breakfast. If you have more choice, choose a hotel in the area opposite the city, more specifically the area of Ponta Negra. It is the most touristic and where it has more points of fun and interest. There are better hotels in better place (along the beaches), but are more expensive ... We chose to make excursions every day, so do not use the hotel. The excursions are good and fun, typical Brazilian, good food and drink, beach, various sports and beautiful scenery ... Do not miss a visit to the village of PIPA! Happy travels!

After reading a review of the hotel in a guidebook and previewing a suite room, we thought we were getting a better room than we did. The room we ended up in has seen better days and should be refurbished. There was no record of our reservation possibly due to language problems. The upside is that the staff has been attentive and everything now works. The restaurant is so-so.The location is more for a business traveler than a tourist. Lots of traffic noise. Still looking for another hotel, but short on time.
