Vip Praia Hotel

We had an amazing experience in this hotel! We absolutely loved everything and we left completely satisfied with our stay. From the beginning, the service was impeccable. Even having made the reservation through a third-party website, we received full attention from the team. We commented that we were going through a special situation and that it would be an important trip for our family, and we were surprised by an extremely beautiful and welcoming reception. There was special care with my wife, so that she felt comfortable, and that affection remained throughout all nine days of our stay. The breakfast is excellent, very well served, and the whole negotiation with the hotel staff was always cordial and attentive, both at check-in and check-out. We stayed in a large room, facing the sea, simply wonderful. The shower is great, with strong and warm water, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also a great positive point: the hotel is close to the beach, close to the craft center and most restaurants in Ponta Negra. In addition, it is very easy for exit tours. We traveled in couple with a one-year-old baby and everything was perfect, the hotel met very well to our needs. We chose the hotel based on other reviews and were very happy with our decision. Certainly, we also indicate for those who are thinking about staying!

This hotel is a nightmare. The rooms feed on detergent and mold. On the stairs you find loose wires, stairs, cans of paint, all thrown and messed up. Breakfast is worse than those on the side of the road. It's all dirty and old. The parking lot is, in fact, a big deposit. One tip: look for another hotel, don't stay in it.

The administrator of the rooms is the company “room at view” that makes a reservation without the room available, then do “downgrade” and the customer is required to pick up a lower room. It is not enough, after the customer pays, they suspend the reservation so that the customer does not make a negative assessment and tell what really happened.
