"We had a stay with very positive points, especially as regards the care. I would like to make a special compliment to the reception staff, who were always very attentive, especially for Alex, who welcomed and helped us exceptionally throughout our stay.
About the room, we thank you for the upgrade that was offered to us. The space was quite wide, however, as the ceiling was very low, we ended up beating our heads often, which made the use a little uncomfortable. In addition, we identified three droplets in the environment. As the room was large, we managed to move the bed to a dry area and avoid greater disturbances, but it is a point that needs attention for future guests.
Finally, I missed some basic items in the kitchen, like a dish cloth and a drawer to dry the dishes. As there is the guidance to keep the dishes clean, these items would be fundamental to facilitate the day-to-day and comply with the rule of the house with more convenience.
Overall, the service saved the experience, but I believe that with some maintenance adjustments and the inclusion of these utensils, the stay would be perfect
