Hotel well located, good structure, attentive staff, good accommodation in the room, wi fi without problems. The restaurant only serves soup and one type of dish; does not lead to the rooms. The gym needs attention because the trays and the bike don't work. The thermal pool is nice and the hotel offers towels without bureaucracy. I'd go back to the hotel, but I'd like to see the academy renovated.

Hotel located in the centre of Caxias do Sul. Renovated and has a modern and nice lobby. I stayed in an old room, old bathroom but everything functional. Basic breakfast, with some very tasty options like grape cuca.

The hotel signage is a little confusing, but from what we've seen it's because of the works they're doing. The phone of the apto did not work, but nothing that interfered, as he was in contact with the reception via whatsapp. They were very courteous and kind. The TV is not smart, which bothered a bit, the pool area was off when I was and a little messy, so I did not use it. The breakfast is very tasty. The shower is good too. These are just a few points that I believe are so because of the works. The service is excellent! I would definitely come back after the works.
