Great location. Nearby Harley Davidson motor show.
Very clean and with a very nice shower.
The mini bar system is very nice. You can consume all the water for a very cheap price. (2 USD for 3 spring water and 2 sparkle water).
Nice breakfast.
The hotel dosen't have a pool but gramado is not the place for that.
The staff are great. Is a kind of hotel that you will have a nice night os sleep and can enjoy the day at gramado's and canela's atractions.
They have a heating system so you don't need to worry about the cold.
I would stay again. The only problem is the acoustic that is not the best, you can hear doors beeing closed and some noise from the room above.
I don't know the cost as i got the hotel stay.
