Encantos Lago Hotel

Attentive receptionists, cozy place, and excellent cleanliness! I liked it a lot and intend to return

Highly recommend, the room is super cozy, attentive and helpful professionals, well-located hotel. It was wonderful days we lived in Gramado with my family, and we would return to the same hotel again.

An excellent hotel, I recommend 100%
