Hotel Aconchego da Serra

I stayed at the hotel with my family. From the beginning we were very well served by the receptionist Adilson, who arranged to anticipate the breakfast time on the days when we had scheduled a walk. The rooms are comfortable, very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good, always bring fresh roasted cuca in colonial ovens. The staff is super kind. The living spaces within the hotel are simple and cozy. Super recommend!

I was very disappointed with the hotel, because I made a special request on the reservation, to make a surprise to my boyfriend, responded through the website that would meet my request and without any cost, (could have charged, I would pay) and arriving there they had not decorated the apartment according to my request, a total disappointment, I forwarded a message to the hotel, when I arrived in the room, neither answered me, found a lack of respect with the customer, aim only to profit because it is not a cheap hotel by the location, it is far from everything, including the center. Apart from that very clean, comfortable rooms, good shower, but the breakfast we found everything cold, it was 8:30h when we went down to have coffee, even the hot chocolate was cold, unfortunately was not the best experience, not worth the daily charge. As we were going out to take a walk at 9:30 a.m., when delivering the key the reception asked us if we were closing, and the checkout is until midday, that is, we had already paid. I do not recommend.

Great hotel with rooms in various configurations. You will definitely find one suitable for your trip! Exceptional service! SUPER COURTEOUS and polite team, always ready to assist us. Breakfast with really delicious items! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AT ACONCHEGO DA SERRA WHEN YOU GO TO GRAMADO, RS. 2=)
