Hotel Gramado Palace

Very good hotel with excellent service. Old European style.

The hotel is very beautiful to hit Instagramable photos, because its decoration is old and very charming, pretty. The place tbm is good and beautiful, as it is well wooded around and you can make a nice walk. But the accommodation itself did not please me. Small room, ugly bathroom, bed wasn't good, bed linen and bathroom bad quality. The breakfast I found very bad, the guarnitions did not seem to be new and were not tasty. Due to the size of the hotel, a better quality coffee could be served. Every year I go to Gramado, I have stayed in smaller and larger places and this was the worst. Therefore, I do not indicate and would not host me again.

I had a great experience at the Gramado Palace Hotel. Breakfast is wonderful, with great variety and quality products. The hotel has a beautiful green area, with hiking trails in the middle of nature, providing a lot of contact with the natural environment and moments of tranquility. The thermal pool was always clean and organized, ideal for relaxation, another differential is the interaction with the animals of the property, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The environment is beautiful, quiet and very well cared for, perfect for those seeking rest away from the runway. The hotel’s restaurant also deserves to be highlighted, with tasty meals and good service. I recommend it especially for couples who wish to relax and enjoy some days of peace and comfort in Gramado. Definitely worth the lodging.
