It is a hotel with old facilities but well-maintained, clean rooms, excellent room service, they could improve the pool heating because it is cold for a heated pool, with a low temperature the water gets icy.

My first time in Gramado, I am enchanted with the city, and even more enchanted with the hotel, everyone is very polite, both the maids and the reception. I really loved it and would recommend it to several acquaintances who want to know the city too, the only thing that left me wanting was that I particularly didn't like the approach of the staff after coffee, it's too much insistence, I felt very uncomfortable with that + apart from that, I loved the reception staff.
