Good experience. The room was clean, no dirt spots on the walls or bathroom. The window overlooks a very green valley. A differential. Breakfast with a good variety of options. The staff are friendly, with most without much conversation. I suggest that in the lounge where breakfast is served be placed an exhaustor. The smell of food gets impregnated in the clothes.

Clean hotel, preserved and with a great breakfast. I stayed with my family at the Laghetto Siena hotel from 03 to 05/04 Pascoa, where I was approached politely by a representative of the hotel whose nickname (Maradona) was available for a quick presentation in exchange for two nights in a hotel of the chain of my choice. After a lot of insistence we accept to attend presentation. A vehicle from the company Laghetto picked us up at the hotel and took us to the lawn center for such a presentation. After presentation I received a voucher giving right to two daily networks where I should send whatsap to a number that they would make such a reservation. Translating from the day 10/05 sending message to the informed number 54 34218195 in the voucher and no return, I then decided to contact LAGHETTO sac through another whatsap number 5434218191 and was informed that there could be nothing that I should send an email to the SAC sac@laghettohoteis.com.br . I sent an email and no reply so far. So I would like to report how wrong the Laghetto network is acting, since it tries to offer quotas to its customers with dishonest promises making me, as a customer and always gave hosting preference to this hotel network cancel several subsequent days that had in their hotels for lack of transparency and suitability and I will definitely not stay in this network anymore. But it would be interesting for the network to better evaluate this relationship with its customers. Thank you very much
