Pousada Nossa Casa

Very good apartment. With 3 environments. Room with air and heater. Living room with sofa, TV, minibar, iron available, bathroom. Clean and new bedding. New towels. Good bathroom. Yummy breakfast. Attentive staff.

I didn't like absolutely anything. The heating in the room doesn't work, the receptionist told me to increase the air conditioning temperature in case I felt cold. The bed is supported on bricks, as the legs are broken. Old towels scratch the body and due to the cold they do not dry. The maids don't change the towels daily, they make the room a clothesline, terrible! The breakfast was terrible, there was no butter, the option was margarine. They don't serve French bread, just sliced bread. I do not recommend staying at this guesthouse to anyone.

My family have stayed here before so it came highly recommended: good location, quiet, clean and comfortable room. The lighting in the room was very dim but other than that, the place is great. They were helpful organising our sightseeing and also very nice. It is a family owned and operated pousada - I'd stay here again.
