The guest house is a love and has a perfect location, great for those looking to walk around the city without the need to be with the car. We were very well served by Tiago, who was extremely polite and requested from the moment we contacted to take questions about the reservation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is quite complete, in addition to being close to the best restaurants in the city. I highly recommend!

The guesthouse is a grace, beautiful! Located in the centre of Gramado, we did the vast majority of things on foot. For those who go by car, it has parking, it's small, but I think it accommodates everyone (I didn't use it). The rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and bathroom white and smelly. The room is very clean, as well as the bathrooms. The breakfast is simple, but serves very well, it is complete (bread, cold, coffee, fruits, juice, among others). I missed a hot chocolate, there was only chocolate to be made. The grape juice seemed to be diluted, this was the only negative point, since in Serra Gaúcha they are reference in juices and wines. The entire staff of the guesthouse, from the reception, kitchen, maids, all very welcoming and caring. An early check-in was provided as we arrived earlier. I loved, would stay again and recommend. Ah! In addition, there is always available a coffee, tea and sometimes even a cake at the reception as a courtesy.
