Pousada Sulla Collina

Bad service from assistant Adriana. Hardly accessible parking. Old structure, step too high to access the room. Small room, with a burned lamp, no cabide. Old bed linen and blankets. No place to make meals. TV does not work despite requested assistance. The bathroom box does not close. Zero privacy: it is possible to hear the conversations, snoring and crying of children from the neighboring rooms; in addition to the steps of people circulating on the upper floor. No change of sheets, towel or garbage removal in 5 days I was there with 3 more people (2 children and 1 elderly). The worst hosting experience I've ever had. I do not recommend and will not return to this place.

Moist bathroom walls, very old shells, need new ones, bedroom walls need new paint, air conditioning needs cleaning. Need new lencoils. Parking very tight. The only good thing and location

The location is wonderful, very close to the center of Gramado, we were able to do many walks on foot without any problems. The reception was super attentive, when we arrived the girl showed us the room and gave us the key, anyone who stays at Sulla Colina already knows that they will not find a 5-star hotel and from the beginning we were told everything and then the room satisfied our needs. necessary, clean, hot/cold air conditioning working perfectly, I needed an iron and they gave it to me right away, the hairdryer had a heating problem and the guy promptly went there to fix it, warm water and a comfortable bed. There is no breakfast, but I had already been informed that it was not included, but it was never a problem because there is a microwave, minibar and utensils to make meals in the room, order delivery and also if you want there is a bakery very close by, I stayed on the second floor where there is 2 flights of stairs, parking is very easy, I had no problem asking for a driver using the app, it also works well and Wi-Fi has a perfect signal. We loved the days we spent hosting and we certainly recommend and will return as soon as possible, thank you to the owners for everything.
