Serrano Resort

I liked very much the stay at the hotel, the breakfast with the very delicious food the recreation was oque more I liked very cool with the very fun activities, the playful games with well challenging stages which is a thing I like. And the aunts that I liked most that I felt safe were Aunt Maria, Aunt Mari, Aunt Paula, Aunt Eshy, Uncle Pedro, Aunt Julie, Aunt Gabi, Aunt Renata and Aunt Sofia.

The hotel is nice, clean, tidy, and in the center of Gramado.- The staff is cordial.- As soon as we arrived, we didn't have the rooms we had reserved, which were connecting... the girl who checked us in offered to give me two, one next to the other, I accepted... but upon arriving at the floor, it wasn't like that, one was at one end of the hallway and the other at the other end... they changed it... but the minibar in the kids' room didn't work.... I complained 4 days in a row and nothing... they sent me an email to see how my stay was going and I commented on what happened.. 3 minutes later Renata was knocking on my door to solve the problem... they changed our rooms to connecting ones and the minibar worked! Thank you! The hotel was full of people... everything very noisy... in the room hallways children running, screaming, and crying at all hours... even early in the morning... the same in the lobby, children running and screaming, impossible to sit down to have something quietly.. it is a hotel for families with small children, where they can do whatever they want wherever they want... and it is not what we would have liked to enjoy and rest.. we were in the wrong hotel... we regret having chosen it, WE WOULD NOT CHOOSE IT AGAIN TO REST...

We arrived in the city of Gramado today 10/07, we stayed at Wish Serrano Resort, beautiful place, very well cared for, out the kindness and education of the staff. We had dinner at The Grill, excellent dinner, pleasant atmosphere, out of the staff's notice especially to waitress Meidson, who served us with great effectiveness. Everything is perfect, congratulations!
