Villa Bella Hotel Conceito

Beautiful, welcoming hotel, with great facilities including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, Kids area, and game room. Finally, it is very cozy, beautiful, and with exuberant scenery.

At the first service when I arrived at 11 PM, I asked if I could stay until 4 PM, and the lady said yes. When I went to check with the guy who served me at 12:30, they had already charged me for half a day, forcing me to stay another day. I found this very annoying, and they were not flexible. I am not going to the hotel anymore. I went with my wife and daughter. Besides Thursday and Friday, the breakfast was much weaker than Saturday's, there was no pianist, and there was no cinema for my daughter. I went there because of what the hotel offered. I went for the third time and I'm not going anymore, and I'm thinking of posting on Reclame Aqui about this embarrassing situation I went through.

Everything was perfect, we have no flaws for this stay. Beautiful landscape, room with everything available, great breakfast, to the sound of piano, in a beautiful space, very kind staff. I believe the value is in line with the experience.
