Hotel well located, but simple. Satisfactory coffee, no variety, but served me well. About the room: it's wide, we were in 3, sanitary wide as well. The beds are comfortable. There is no heater, at least in the toilet, felt in the very cold... The cleaning, such as cleaning the beds, left nothing to be desired, but the towels as well as the bedding, were clean. Reception and service staff, polite.

We made the reservation by splicative accommodation. We paid the reservation in advance. When we arrived, we were very well served. After check-in check-in we went to the apartment informed. Arriving there, we found a micro apartment, dirty black-out curtain, torn, bedroom floor in poor condition. Poor lighting, mould smell in everything. The bathroom door casing is completely carcomed, rotten. I went to the reception to inform the precarious state of the accommodation. Lucas staff at the reception was very attentive and offered me keys from other apartments for me to evaluate if we could exchange. All options were equal or worse than the unit we were assigned to. Faced with the incident, we left the hotel and had to pay other nights at another place that we got near the hotel. We spoke the next day with the hotel governant and informed that we would ask for the refund of the amount paid for the stay. We were able to recover part of the amount paid after contacting the company that mediated the booking. We made a record to them also about the situation of this unit of the Master hotel network. The location is good, but urgently needs a retrofit. The competition from nearby hotels is very big and prices more affordable. Just to inform you, my wife suffers from allergic renitis and a place like this is a full plate to visit a hospital. I hope that the Master hotel chain will look closely at this problem of the Windmill unit in Porto Alegre.

Maintenance is awful. Old rooms, window that doesn't open, mould smell, dryer that doesn't work, elevator stopping, furniture in a bad state of preservation.
