Sibara flat hotel & convencoes

I entered the hotel on the 22/05 and had an extremely unpleasant problem. I paint my hair black and the paint ended up passing to the fridge, something that has happened in other hotels and never generated a charge, even because proper cleaning usually solves easily. Even in my own house I don't have towels or brushes permanently stained by it. The hotel claimed to have done a cleaning test and said it didn't come out, but I asked for the bricks back and realized they didn't even smell washing. The feeling was that they simply saw the stain and decided to charge (detail one of 2022 and another of 2023), without even trying to resolve the situation appropriately. In addition, the parking lot is extremely tight, putting the car at risk of scratches, and the service was bad, with little receptivity to the guests. In summary: very bad experience and a place I do not intend to return to.
