Hotel has good structure, poor maintenance, dirt, needs urgent renovation, good staff service, basic breakfast, location for work ok, reasonable parking. Generally only acceptable.

I was placed in an apartment on the ground floor, and as I arrived at 3:30 in the morning, when I went to bed at 4:00, apparently the kitchen staff was already starting to work and they were talking very loudly, the conversations completely invaded my room. I only got to sleep because I was exhausted. But it didn’t take long for him to wake up with more noise. The frigobar had a bottle of water, as I had just arrived from an event in Floripa I was crazy for a beer, but as I had already taken off my clothes to lie down I didn't go until the reception to buy. To eat a pot of dubious biscuits, and nothing more. Although the breakfast was fairly good, with a good variety of fresh fruits, the orange juice was hot and there was no ice to put in the glass (of plastic). The staff are polite and helpful.

Worst experience possible. The Reservation was for couple we arrived in room 2 single beds. To make the room air worse, it didn't work. I notified the reception and nothing was done. We had a horrible night. Bad hotel. Needs reforms . Don't deliver the basics well done . Uninterested officials . Looks like an abandoned hotel. No management . Never again! Not for free.
