In a strategic position, few minutes from Rodoviaria (bus station) and very few meters from the city centre. Excellent starting point to visit Floripa. Very clean and bright, excellent breakfast and many characteristics shops all around.

Passei uma noite e sai outro dia manhã após café. Serviço muito bom preço também. Agradecimento especial ao atendimento Vinicius q reservou por telefone e mesmo pessoalmente foi gentil e também a Kamilla serviço de quarto sempre preocupada em servir e muito simpática sempre com sorriso no rosto mesmo saída me desejou boa viagem. ESPETACULAR. Cama confortável lençóis e toalhas extremamente limpos e cheiroso, banheiro também limpo um pouco antigo e simples q não interferiu nada na estadia, pedi a noite pelo telefone lanche veio rapidamente e estava bom. Secador de cabelo não tem no quarto mas você pede na recepção e eles fornecem, sabonete shampoo e condicionador ok, wifi funcionou todo momento mas era pouco fraco mesmo assim consegui realizar meu serviço. Fiquei 9o andar com essa vista bem bonita sem nenhum barulho. Estacionamento em frente ao hotel pago a parte 20.00 reais não é do hotel mas são bem legais também. Ah... de noite tem happy hour onde serve café você pode se distrair se não quiser ir longe a noite porém não utilizei serviço. I spent one night and it leaves another day morning after coffee. Service very good value too. Special thanks to Vinicius who booked by phone and even personally was kind and also the Kamilla room service always concerned about serving and very friendly always with smile on the face even leaving wished me good trip. AMAZING. Comfortable bed sheets and towels extremely clean and smelly, bathroom also cleaned a little old and simple q did not interfere with anything on the stay, I asked for the night by the phone snack came quickly and was good. Hair dryer did not have it in the room but you ask at reception and they provide soap, shampoo and conditioner ok, wifi worked every time but it was weak bit even so I was able to carry out my service. I was 9th floor with this beautiful view without any noise. Parking in front of the hotel paid the actual 20.00 part is not from the hotel but they are cool too. Oh ... at night there is a happy hour where you can get coffee if you do not want to go away at night, but I did not use the service.

Be aware that this is a very simple hotel, and there is some limitations that you need to know (I stayed on the room 1009): - The bathroom doesn't have an actual window, just some vent system. - There is only ONE free power outlet on the entire room and it's very bad. The owners should at least use some power extension implementation so we can have more power outlets - The room window doesn't actually "close" or "lock", so there is always a small space open that will let the cold get inside. And besides that, here is a FEEDBACK for the owners: the room maid should NOT be knocking the door to clean the room if the "don't disturb" signal is on. I've never saw something like that. Please be aware that a guest could have a job that requires that he works during night / dawn so he will still be sleeping by 10 am!
