Sofitel Florianopolis

Excellent accommodation at Novotel Florianópolis. I stayed in room 1160, facing the sea, and the view simply transforms the experience of the stay. Very comfortable room, modern, quiet and extremely well cared for. The breakfast was one of the highlights: extremely fresh fruits, healthy options, tapioca and omelet prepared on time, all very tasty and with great presentation. The service also deserves special recognition, especially from the gentleman who served us for breakfast — I believe the name is Benedito — always very friendly, attentive and helpful. Daniel of the reception very kind in providing the courtesy of the late check-out according to the availability he had. Another fantastic point is the location. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants and cafes, allowing you to do a lot on foot and enjoy Florianópolis even more. A complete experience with comfort, amazing views and high-quality service.

I stayed in this hotel because what used to stay did not accept less than 5 nights. And the outcome was positive. The location is good, close to pharmacies and shopping. The service at check-in was satisfactory, the internet worked well, good breakfast, the room and the cleanliness were excellent. Anyway, a quality hotel. Not to say everything was perfect, I had a problem with the TV that only worked one channel but was all resolved quickly. Congratulations to the hotel administration.

I recently stayed at this Novotel and can only recommend it. The location in the Center is unbeatable: it is located on a safe and pleasant street, ideal for those like me who love walking or have to go out in the evening for dinner. The highlights of my stay: • Pet-friendly: Traveling with my dog Curry was super easy. The hotel is really cozy with animals, which makes everything more relaxing. • Logistics and Parking: Travelling with my car, I was looking for safety and comfort. The hotel parking is great and access is quick, allowing me to move easily to the beaches of the North or South. • Comfort: The rooms are modern and clean, exactly the standard you'd expect from a high-end Novotel. It is the perfect base for exploring the downtown public market, as well as for reaching in less than half an hour the beautiful beaches of the northern area such as Jurerê or Daniela. I will definitely be back!
