Hotel Refugio Cheiro de Mato

The hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful view to the dam and excellent food. The highlight is the monitoring that brings joy and much affection to the whole family! We'll be back soon!

The place is amazing! The staff are extremely attentive and the recreation team makes everything even cooler the experience. The only negative points of the site, is that we could not take advantage of all the experiences due to a lack of staff... Example: on the day you had tirolese, it was not possible to climb and arborism, pq apparently does not have enough instructors... On Sunday, apparently, I did not have the instructors, pq only the pedalinho worked and it was the recreation staff who took care. Due to the lack of other activities, many people went to do the pedal, but there were only three running and we were lucky to catch one that didn't turn left. Which was pretty unpleasant to use. So as a suggestion, so that the entire space can be used, it would be interesting to have more sports instructors... Another thing that could have more, would be the golf carts... We went on a long holiday and it was clear that the number of carts were insufficient. Tbm the number of employees to arrange the rooms. On the day of check-in, when we arrived in the room he was all unworked, without sheets and with a very strong mould smell... But after we called the reception, they apologized and then someone went to arrange. Otherwise we like the experience, the meals have plenty of options and are delicious. Recreational activities tbm is something that makes us use the spaces. Really nice! And thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive!

We were at this EcoResort for the first time in this extended holiday of 09/07. We went without knowing, only by the evaluations and arriving there we were even more surprised, because everything hit certain with what they said! Excellent food, lots of variety of salads, pasta, desserts, fruits, drinks, finally all wonderful! The recreation team was SENSACIONAL! Uncle Calango, Uncle Choque, Aunt Cherry, Aunt Sun, Aunt Seriguela, Aunt Juma, all sensational... Of extreme education, enthusiasm and care with our children: Thank you! 🙏🏻 He left nothing to desire!!! Gerencia is congratulated, because the food is good, there is a change of towels, cleaning of the apartments, heated pools, finally you can go without fear, you will love!!! 😍😍🏻❤️
