Bourbon Alphaville Business Hotel

I had a bad experience in another hotel in Barueri and chose this one. Much better. The facilities were clean and well organized. He counts with Vallet. Breakfast is good (nothing very elaborate, but that gives you a good start to the day). The rooms are well-arranged, quiet. The elevator at peak time can get full and slow, but it's 100% the fault of the building's normal movement.

The main three elevators are not working on a building with 20 floors... Just the tiny service elevator to be shared by catering staff and guests... Towels have holes... Bedding is outdated as is the furniture...

My stay was comfortable and there are quite a few shops in the area which are within walking distance. Service from the time of check in to check out was excellent, although I mostly saw only one person manning the reception when it got quite busy and people have to wait. Room was clean, spacious and comfy with all the required amenities. It would be nice if complimentary mineral water was provided instead of one having to pay for it from the mini bar. Being September, it was very cold in the mornings and nights and although Brazilians are used to this, it would be nice if the air conditioners in the room had a heat/warm function and not just for cold air. Internet speed is very fast and tv channels are mostly in Portuguese with a few being in English. Showers were good although one has to wait a couple of minutes for the water to get piping hot. Not being a local, the hotel kindly provided a travel adapter for me to use for my different power cables. It would also be good if one were provided with a catalogue of the hotel with information of the services provided as well as the area. I had to literally go to reception to inquire on the check out time. Most hotels I have been to have a kettle with options of coffee/tea in the rooms. This would be nice, alternatively, a facility should be made available for guests to freely help themselves to coffee/tea throughout the day.
