Excellent location, good service, good structure.

I found the hotel on average, and very expensive for what it offers. The common areas were well taken care of, it has a valet (paid separately). The check-in process was quite quiet and the staff friendly. On the morning of the check-out the elevators were full, taking a long time, until they found out that of the 4 only 1 was working. I found a service elevator at the emergency exit which allowed me to arrive on my appointment on time.
