Radisson Alphaville

“Great hotel, average food, the pool area needs maintenance (both the environment and furniture), amazing room and bathroom, poor internet, very good bar, good staff overall, but there are also some quite poor ones.”

Although not excellent, almost everything is good and meets expectations, such as the good heated pool, restaurant, gym, room size and cleanliness, but because of an item, the experience of staying in room 404 of Radisson Alphaville was bad. It is an inner door right in the middle of the room to integrate or interconnect two rooms, without any acoustic insulation, which allows you to hear virtually everything the neighbor's guest is talking, or watching TV, coughing, sneezing, etc. This means that the next-room neighbor can also hear you in virtually anything.

The location is a big plus if you’re staying in Alphaville. It’s close to business offices, good restaurants, and a couple of shopping spots, which made it very convenient during my stay. My office is in Osasco, and I found this to be one of the best and safest options in and around the Osasco area for a comfortable daily commute. Of course, it’s also an excellent choice if your work is in Alphaville. Atmosphere: The hotel has a calm and professional vibe. It’s not overly luxurious, but it feels polished and comfortable. Good for business travel, but still relaxed enough if you’re staying longer. Rooms: Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having a proper work desk. One small thing — the room décor feels slightly dated in parts, but everything is functional and well maintained. Value: Overall, it’s good value for money, especially considering the location and room size. If you’re booking for a work trip in Alphaville/Osasco, it’s a solid choice without stretching the budget too much. Cleanliness: Very clean across the board — room, bathroom, and common areas were all well kept. Housekeeping did a good job consistently. Noise Level: Since the hotel is located close to a main road, it can get a bit noisy during peak hours, especially when high-end sports bikes and cars speed up and rev. Outside of those times, it’s generally quite manageable. Service: Service was excellent throughout the stay. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. Amenities: The hotel offers good amenities including a solid breakfast spread, reliable Wi-Fi, and a functional gym. Even during peak hours, there were enough seats available and the crowd was managed well, so it never felt too busy or chaotic. Tips: If you’re sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room on a higher floor or away from the road Great choice if your work is in Alphaville or nearby Osasco Breakfast experience is smooth even during busy times Overall: A dependable and comfortable stay. Not ultra-luxury, but it delivers well on the essentials — location, cleanliness, and service. I’d definitely consider staying here again for work trips.
