10/10 inn! We came through Airbnb, with breakfast not included (but we made sure to pay for it separately because it's really worth it) PERFECT LOCATION, by car almost all attractions, restaurants and shops were 3 minutes from the hotel.. quiet street, has parking.. it's safe to walk in the downtown area Clean and fragrant rooms, spacious, clean and well-maintained bed and bath linens. Air conditioning working perfectly, wonderful shower, warm and good flow (sometimes it takes a minute to heat up) The mini-fridge is cooling very well. Airy room with a view of the pool. There is shampoo and soap. The tidying must be requested since some guests prefer not to have it done. Well-served and complete breakfast, everything fresh and delicious 3 types of fruit Granola, oats, and cereal 1 juice on less busy days and 2 on days with higher guest flow 2 types of yogurt Hot and cold water Teas Coffee Milk 3 types of cold cuts White cheese Cream cheese Jam Jelly Cheese bread Sausage Scrambled eggs 4 types of bread 2 cakes (in a lot of movement, 3) I might have forgotten something lol EXTERIOR STRUCTURE: everything clean, well-maintained and cozy, the POOL is beautiful, the garden around it is well-kept, the HOT TUB is very pleasant, heated, it is necessary to schedule the time of visit because use becomes private, the service at the reception is very good, attendants are friendly and helpful. Several scattered bathrooms (pool area and corridors)... bath towels are provided for use in the pool.. FREE EXPRESS COFFEE is an extra care for the guest.. the kittens there did not bother us at all, they did not enter the food areas or the rooms, in fact I loved the coexistence with them

I took a few days off and chose to go to Brotas to stay at an inn where I had stayed 10 years ago, excellent experience, perfect service and a very cozy space. I want to come back soon.

I was very well received, everyone very kind and cordial. I had already gone in 2023 and on that return I surprised myself with the heated jacuzzi! The kitten Maria is the charm of the guesthouse. It is very close to the center, easy access to the tours. I recommend and definitely when you return to Brotas, that's where I'll stay!
