Lobby and staff are really nice.
I had the "Luxo" room which was renovated. Uncomfortable bed, bedsheets are too small for the bed, so you end up sleeping on the actual mattress, which is nasty. The pillows are also uncomfortable. There is mold on the walls in some places, including shower ceiling. Absolutely no water pressure. Towels are garbage.
The hallway carpets are all absolutely covered in stains. Also, all the lights are on sensors, so they are dark and uncomfortable.
The restaurant is open for 3-4hours per day, only a few items on the menu. The restaurant itself is very spartan and not so clean. The food itself gets the job done.
For the price, there are definitely better places to stay.
If you are in a pinch, its okay for a night.

After getting into bed at 11, I noticed that the bottom sheet was loose on the side. I pulled the cover back to tuck it in and found that the bottom sheet for the queen size bed was a full size sheet turned sideways. It didn't cover the bottom 1/2 meter of the mattress. Along with being short sheeted the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and didn't appear to be during my stay. The ceiling of the shower has mold on it. The breakfast buffet was OK. The service for dinner the night we ate in was very slow. The staff was nice enough although English was limited. (when I asked for a sheet, they brought a pillow the first time)

In a safe area with fair facilities and helpful very staff. Pool looked worth a try. Only one of 3 lifts was working so some waiting. Got in rooms early at 12 noon -normally 2pm. Buffet breakfast average.
Refurbished rooms quite good.
