Basic problems with room: room with reservation for 2 adults and 1 child, only had double bed, after complaint: resolved.
3 people in a room, had 1 towel, even complaining, the other 2 towels came only the next day.
Ice pool and no covered pool. Not suitable for cold or rainy days.
I was fooled by the holiday program (signature), there would be a counterpart to attend lecture and finally, after 2 hours losing enjoying hotel, after a lot of stress, I received a call with an apology, but the damage was not repaid. Okay, I'm not going to waste my time with this problem and disrespect the consumer law, but it's important that you know this publicly so it doesn't happen again.
