Sleep Inn Galleria

Stayed one night in 2018 during a business trip. Good sleep, great bedroom, easy to find. Nice breakdast. Fair price, they can improve price, because a little more than B&B Inn. Big complain is bad parking place, the need to leave the car keys with the parking crew is absurd. No security at all.

If you want to have foreigners in your hotel, you need to increase English speaking hotel staff. Hard to sleep well with all the noise. Walls are not sound proofed so I can hear snoring, noise from other rooms and conversations. No available umbrella that I can borrow if it rains. No privacy tag on the door that I can hang on the door knob in order to prevent unnecessary knocking from hotel staff when I want to rest.

Although only few staff members speak English in this hotel, I found the customer service a strength of the hotel.Ana at the reception, at time of my arrival was really helpful at my check-in, even brought an umbrella to me after I parked my car as it was heavy rains in Campinas.I encountered just one issue during my stay: the air-conditioning at the lobby was very loud, staff committed to have it prepared, but it did not get resolved by the end of my stay.Otherwise good quality hotel I would recommend.
