Pousada da Pedra

We stayed for the 15th consecutive year at Pousada da Pedra. Great location, about 2km from the center, enough to be far and quiet and at the same time close to drive to Vila Capivari. The service is always attentive - Willian, Mateus, Aline. I just miss having more VIP treatment, commensurate with the many years of stay. Many times we arrive and they don't even remember us. Perhaps greater care in this point would bring a better, differentiated experience, so as not to feel like just another customer. Furthermore, this time there was no kitchen service on the weekend. The only option was to go out or order delivery, which is complicated especially with a baby. The structure of the common areas is very good and beautiful, balconies, fireplaces, breakfast area, ample parking.... excellent indeed. The room we stayed in (04) is inside the main area, which we prefer. Comfortable bed, good TV, but I think it needs modernization. After the fireplaces were banned from being used, I miss the thermal comfort of the room a little. The air conditioner takes too long to heat the room and the bathroom is always cold. The shower water has a regulation problem, so it alternated between hot and cold. The rooms and common areas are very clean. The breakfast is good and complete, with options of fruits, cold cuts, breads, teas, juices, cakes, and yogurts. The Wi-Fi works well! I intend to return, but the inn really has some points to improve. We were well treated, including everything related to our baby, but something extra was missing.

Very cozy and well-maintained inn, with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable room, attentive staff and great experience in Campos do Jordão. I would definitely come back.

It was a wonderful experience, everything very clean and organized, breakfast a delight, I loved everything!!!!! Indicate too much
