Acquisition, exclusivity and plenty of peace
We were in family and loved our stay at Pousada Alma. The environment is super cozy, quiet and conveys a delicious peace. With only 10 rooms, the experience is more exclusive and quiet nothing of crowding at breakfast, which makes everything better, all served with a lot of capricho.
The service was great, always attentive and welcoming. We felt at home, and the desire was to stay for more days!
As a suggestion, we felt a lack of items such as cotton and cotonets in the room small details that make a difference, especially for those travelling from afar.
Another point of attention was the cost of water, which we found a bit high. In places with this more exclusive profile, usually the water is already offered as a courtesy or at a more symbolic value. It would be an extra affection for the guests.
Overall, we love the experience and recommend for those looking for rest, comfort and a special place in Campos do Jordão.
