I had high expectations for this hotel when I arrived based on its presentation and check-in service, however, I was quite disappointed. The first room had a filthy bathroom, with someone's hair all in the sink and counter, with a lot of mold in the shower. We complained about it and they changed us to another room further down the hall. That room had no blankets on the bed and the bathroom was also filthy, with dirty wet towels hanging from the shower, hair on the floor, and a dirty toilet. After housekeeping staff inspected the second room, then they moved us to a different floor after she made sure that the room was clean. That room had an issue with the shower, as the shower head fell off the wall, including the holder that was attached to the wall and hit my daughter on the head! The front staff was very apologetic but that doesn't make up for poor housekeeping and maintenance. We are still waiting on what kind of compensation we will get, if any.
