Ibis Guarulhos

Since my flight was delayed, I had to stay overnight in this hotel. Note 10 on all questions. From the reception, the employees of the restaurant topppppp. Very polite and inquisitive all employees. Exceptional breakfast and dinner as well. About the airport.

The 1st of the evaluation is given by the "poor and dangerous" performance of the driver of the TRANSFER on 30/04, at 05:30, from the Hotel to the Airport. The driver engaged in discussion with an app driver still at the hotel and made the journey at high speed, chasing the same. The passengers panicked. I even alerted him to decrease and that it was not worth losing the job for it. He pairs near the airport, drops the glass and enjoys verbal assaults and threats to the other driver, at high speed and blocking traffic. Bad service provided.

I stayed in the ibis on a flight. The room was very clean. Although small, it was well divided and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the shower also tasty. The breakfast is quite complete and delicious and has a well expanded schedule for those who need to travel. My only criticism is regarding the towels - they are well worn, some even torn, of so much use.
