Sao Paulo Airport Marriott Hotel

My family and I had an undesired layover in São Paulo due to flight issues and we were booked at Marriott Airport. The messy flight atmosphere was quickly overturned by the friendly staff (Gisele at the reception, Marcos at the restaurant). Their smiles, kindness and professionalism were outstanding and should be acknowledged! This is a place I would definitely recommend!!

The hotel is a 5-7 min Uber ride from the airport. The check in process was seamless and the night staff were very helpful getting a wheelchair for our daughter hurt in Novo Airão. Clayton helped with our luggage, and pushed our daughter’s wheel chair all the way to the room. The next morning, Evandro, the guest relations manager approved a complimentary full buffet breakfast for us as we are in Brazil celebrating an anniversary. He also came to personally greet me and offer his services if there was anything else. Markos at the buffet was amazing, preparing a tray for my daughter as she couldn’t walk to the breakfast area. A wonderful experience on our first night in São Paulo has made our day and we look forward to spending a wonderful weekend here. Truly, it’s been a while we’ve experienced such genuine hospitality 🙏 I highly recommend this Marriott hotel!

Great hotel in a convenient location with a complimentary airport shuttle. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave me a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool area was a lovely bonus. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return.
