This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. We have stayed 3 nights to relax after 15+ hours flight before driving to our final city destination. Although we have arrived tired to the hotel, no one helped us to get our luggage from the taxi to the reception. Also, although we have asked them for a nice comfortable room, they gave us a dusty room that we were too tired to ask to be changed. The second day we have discovered that the hotel charged us extra because of the worst exchange rate we have ever seen (250 AED extra) and they refused to roll back the transaction claiming that it is already done. To avoid ruining our vacation, we passed this one. The water bottles are chargeable. There is no kettle in the room so we had to order boiled water from the room service who charged us extra for something that supposed to be given without fees which we have never seen in a hotel. Lastly, at our last night they were drilling and hammering at the rooms beside us and when we complained, they offered us to change the room which is not practical with all our luggage and my husband had to fight with them to stop the noise until our departure within less than 18 hours. Also, the room have been cleaned at the first day only while the 2nd day, it left without cleaning and we asked to be cleaned, they promised to send the housekeeping in 20 minutes that turned to be more than 3 hours which we had to relax. It was horrible hotel and this is the last time to book for my family at a local hotel and will stick always to WW standards with bonvoy or Hilton. This hotel was a big mistake and hope no one trapped into this fake pricing that led at the end to same price of 5 stars with much much much less quality and service.
