My experience was pretty bad, from care to structure.
Disappointing, I do not recommend!
The towels were wrapped up, the bed linen smelled bad, the shower was old and the apartment was unclean!
The dining room was full of droplets, and was always wet (with water pools).
In the kids area, the games room is poorly cared for (dirty). And the pula-pula (elastic bed) with the ripped protection nets
In the breakfast missed basic items, we need to wait for the replacement of black coffee (traditional), French bread and cheese bread. Not to mention that there were no tables and chairs for all guests, apparently they were not prepared for the amount of reservations/hostings they received.
And finally, I had to charge 3x to clean the room (in three days, they didn't even collect the toilet junk).
I reported what happened and I did not get any feedback.
