Arco Hotel Express Piracicaba

I have no words to describe the staff of this hotel, they are very helpful and attentive, very well trained, everyone is excellent! Ten out of ten. Good accommodation, clean, comfortable, excellent size! Breakfast exceeds expectations, with a range of variety, three types of fruit, two types of juice and coffee machine, for me essential, various types of bread and cakes, in addition to cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bacon, calabresa and sausage! Second time I'm staying at this hotel and it will always be my choice, it has a simple but functional gym, a pool, and a bubble table

The hotel has a great location, but the services leave to be desired: Restaurant at breakfast, take a long time to clean the tables after use; does not have a fixed person accompanying for replacement of food; at dinner the waiting time is too long to serve. I also had 2 events (on Sunday), where after returning, they had not cleaned the room; when I went to complain, the cleaning team had already completed the schedule. One night I ordered a dish from the menu, where they informed that I would be ready in approx. 60m; asked to alert me in the room; after 45m I went to the Restaurant and waited another 50m. I gave up, because it is unacceptable a long delay to attend.

Great hotel!!! Unique experience in Piracicaba. Excellent service (held for Karen from the reception - friendly and cordial) Clean, modern rooms with safe, super cold air. Super-decorated lobby, quite modern hotel. Fair and delicious breakfast!!! I recommend everyone who needs to go to Piracicaba.
